REGISTRATION
  • all classes can be conducted simultaneously in English and Polish
  • all classes require registration at the class’ teacher
  • registration opens on the Sunday before the week at 12.00 (p.m.)
  • you can cancel your registration until 20.00 the day before the class

REMEMBER:
  • so as not to get eaten up beforehand
  • should elapse 3-4 hours after the last rich meal and at least 1 hour after a light meal
  • come to mine class. 10 minutes before the start of the exercise, take with you an unrestricted body-friendly exercise suit
  • yoga aids are available in the room
  • turn off your mobile phone
