REGISTRATION
- all classes can be conducted simultaneously in English and Polish
- all classes require registration at the class’ teacher
- registration opens on the Sunday before the week at 12.00 (p.m.)
- you can cancel your registration until 20.00 the day before the class

REMEMBER:
- so as not to get eaten up beforehand
- should elapse 3-4 hours after the last rich meal and at least 1 hour after a light meal
- come to class min. 10 minutes before the start, take with you an unrestricted body-friendly exercise suit
- yoga aids are available in the room
