  • joga ZA advanced group (transition to a group only after teacher acceptance)
  • pilates KW introductory course, 10 classes, cyclical every 3 months
  • pilates II classes for beginners and intermediate students
  • pilates special for persons requiring specialised work

REMEMBER:
  • so as not to get eaten up beforehand
  • should elapse 3-4 hours after the last rich meal and at least 1 hour after a light meal
  • come to mine class. 10 minutes before the start of the exercise, take with you an unrestricted body-friendly exercise suit
